Sponsorship Levels
Presenting Sponsor — $10,000
Our Presenting Sponsor(s) will receive:
- Two teams of four golfers with gift bags
- Signage at four holes
- Tent setup at one hole
- One 30-second video promotion
- One promotional email sent to the ASC network
- Online acknowledgment via the ASC website and social media platforms
- Premier recognition as an official Presenting Sponsor on tournament materials and event banner (10 x 8)
Gold Sponsor — $5,000
Gold Level Sponsors will receive:
- Two teams of four golfers with gift bags
- Signage at two holes
- Tent setup at one hole
- One 30-second video promotion
- Online acknowledgment via the ASC website and social media platforms
- Premier recognition as an official Gold Sponsor on tournament materials and event banner (3 x 5)
Corporate Sponsor — $2,500
Corporate Level Sponsors will receive:
- One team of four golfers with gift bags
- Signage at one hole
- Tent setup at one hole
- Online acknowledgment via the ASC website and social media platforms
- Recognition as a Corporate Sponsor on tournament materials and event yard signage (36 x 24)
Silver Sponsor — $1,500
Silver Level Sponsors will receive:
- One team of four golfers with gift bags
- Online acknowledgment via the ASC website and social media platforms
- Recognition as a Silver Sponsor during the event
Supporting Sponsor — $1,000
Supporting Level Sponsors will receive:
- One foursome registration with gift bags
- Online acknowledgment via the ASC website and social media platforms
- Recognition as a Supporting Sponsor during the event
Hole Sponsor — $500
Hole Sponsors will receive:
- Yard-style signage featuring the sponsor’s logo displayed at one tournament hole
- Recognition on select tournament promotional materials
Flag Sponsor — $250
Flag Sponsors will receive:
- A custom flag displayed on one tournament hole featuring the company or individual sponsor’s name
- Recognition as a Flag Sponsor during the event
Vendor Table — $200
- Vendors must provide their own table, tablecloth, and chair(s)
Tournament Registration
Individual Golfer: $200
Foursome Team: $750
Tournament Schedule
- Registration: 8:00 AM
- Shotgun Start: 9:00 AM
- Lunch & Awards: 1:00 PM
